Shipping Policy
Shipping is free in all of our products. Every single item in our store is made per order, checked on design and quality before sending to print and produced individually in Halle, Germany. The garments in your order are then cured, printed on, let dry and checked on quality again before delivery. Each product is unique and made specifically.
Our shipping partners, DHL and Deutsche Post, will provide you a tracking number so you can follow up with the delivery courier in your country, no matter where you are. In order to receive the tracking number, please include your e-mail and phone when purchasing your order
Delivery Times
This are our current delivery times, according to print fulfillment and carrier availability:
- European Union: Shipping up to 2 – 7 business days and delivery up to two weeks.
- Rest of the World: Shipping up to 3 – 9 business days and delivery up to 10 – 30 business days.
If you’re in the UK or the USA, please keep in mind the waiting period applied for shipping is rest of the world!
Delivery Issues
We’ll do our best to always deliver the package in the quickest way possible, but please bare in mind we can not be responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance, transportation processes or any other situation beyond our will.
We provide only standard delivery at the moment. If you need a express delivery service, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll check with our carriers.
