We know sh*t happens. That’s why you have your satisfaction guaranteed within 14 days of delivery. Ask for a refund or exchange for all new and unused items if they present any issues and we’ll gladly change your order.
If your items come with clear printing issues (smudged prints, stains, incorrect colors) or inferior clothing quality (damages, stains) send us an email as soon as possible with the heading “Returns and Exchanges” at [email protected]. Add photos of your item and tell us if you’d like to receive a refund or exchange for another product, and we’ll reach out in three working days.
If we send you the wrong design, color or size for your product, contact us via online form or send us an e-mail at [email protected], and we’ll process an exchange for your incorrect items and refund any previous charges. Please keep in mind you’ll need to reach out within the satisfaction guarantee timeframe (14 days of delivery) in order to be covered by our warranty.
In order to validate your Quality Warranty, you must provide your order number or your purchase details and fit the following conditions:
– Your items must be in new, unused and mint condition. Item(s) that have had their labels removed; have been worn; or have been washed or damaged, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Items that are marked ‘On Sale’ are not refundable, but we will be able to exchange them for another item.
– If you have exceeded the return period of 14 days since receiving an item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be your responsibility (we highly recommend shipping your item/s with a tracking number). We are not able to process a refund when the items are still in transportation.
– In case of an exchange, We will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by us (up to a maximum of one exchange per order.
Every single one of our orders is made on demand. That means once you purchase one of our designs and the garment is sent to print, we can’t cancel your order.
– If you gave us an incorrect color/size by mistake, reach us out as soon as possible at [email protected] or through our contact form (it might still be possible to correct your order within the first three days of production)
– If the address information you provided is wrong, we might be able to manually update to our couriers if you reach out within the first three days of production, but we won’t be able to cancel your purchase once delivery instructions are processed.
– We can’t accept order cancellations if there’s no issue with your order, and just wish to change the size. We’ll be happy to process an exchange, but won’t refund your items unless the size or model received is clearly different from the one you ordered in the first place.
