Due to COVID, both our carriers and textile suppliers are experiencing delays to transit normally, and delays are to be expected. We apologize for the delays, but unfortunately there’s not much we can do in terms of expediting your order.
Shipping from Germany to North America can take 2-3 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on the location and mail traffic. I send the tracking number for your package whenever you added this details so you can follow up on your delivery anytime. We’re not able to accept cancellations once your order is completed, but we’ll be happy to send you a different size or exchange for a different product. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. More information on cancellations can be found in our Returns & Exchanges page.
